Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman who enjoys leading a team while still getting hands-on with the work?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established tier 2 electrical contractor delivering complex projects across live commercial environments, including hospitals, schools, commercial towers and other operational facilities all over Sydney.

With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality, this business is looking for a capable Foreman who can take ownership of site delivery, lead from the front and keep projects running smoothly.

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. You'll be responsible for running sites, coordinating your team and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard while remaining actively involved on the tools.

You'll work across a variety of interesting projects in environments where professionalism, planning and attention to detail are critical.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical licensing

• Strong hands-on electrical skills and a willingness to remain on the tools
• Experience coordinating teams and running sites independently
• Comfortable working in live environments where safety and professionalism are paramount
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skillsA proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership
