Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Revesby, NSW is seeking an Electrical Fitter to service and repair a fleet of rental equipment across mining, construction materials and manufacturing. You will perform preventative maintenance and fault finding, read electrical drawings and maintain accurate service records in a safe, compliant workshop environment.

This full-time, permanent role offers a day shift (Mon-Fri) with weekends off, and exposure to a varied range of equipment across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Fitter or Electrician in electrical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience performing inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a fleet of rental equipment.

Electrical Fitter
Location: Revesby, NSW
Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shift

We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join an established team based in Revesby, servicing and repairing a fleet of rental equipment used across the mining, construction materials and manufacturing industries.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on electrical tradesperson looking for a stable, full‑time permanent position working on a diverse range of equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment is safe, reliable and ready for hire, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs.

• As an Electrical Fitter you'll service, maintain and repair a fleet of rental equipment.
• The Electrical Fitter will carry out routine inspections and preventative planned maintenance (PPM).
• This Electrical Fitter will diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting and repairs.
• As the Electrical Fitter you will identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
• This Electrical Fitter will test equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently.
• The Electrical Fitter will maintain accurate service records, inspection reports and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider workshop team to minimise equipment downtime and maximise fleet availability.

About You

• Experience as an Electrical Fitter, Electrician or in a similar electrical maintenance role.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair skills.
