Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years or 12–14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing major projects in the building industry.
• Experience with installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and fire-life safety systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills within a large organisation.
• Preferred but not essential: delivery partner or client-side PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities to maintain program delivery.
• Review contractor submittals including schedules, costs, reports and changes.
• Monitor safety requirements and quality of work by contractors.
• Coordinate data for progress reports and expenditure forecasts.
