The Role

As the on-site technical authority for electrical works, you’ll bridge design and field execution—ensuring installations meet specification, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to construction and supervision teams
• Interpret electrical drawings and specifications accurately
• Identify and resolve field engineering issues promptly
• Verify quality per Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000) and project requirements
• Champion safety and contribute to commissioning and handover activities

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ field-based experience on large construction projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) electrical systems desirable
• FIFO or remote-site experience preferred
