The ideal candidate will communicate confidently in both Chinese and English, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to safe, efficient engineering delivery within a fast-paced mining environment.

This role offers exposure to major mining infrastructure and a collaborative, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering and technical support across operational and project activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning, documentation, reporting and coordination.
• Utilise SAP, Microsoft Office and other relevant systems to maintain accurate records and support operational activities.
• Ensure engineering activities align with relevant safety, quality and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• Degree or recognised professional qualification in Electrical Engineering.


• Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English - essential.


• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other commonly used business software.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Highly Regarded:

• Previous electrical engineering experience within the mining or resources sector.


• Demonstrated experience supporting engineering projects from planning through to execution.


• Exposure to large-scale industrial or mining operations.
