Evoenergy is seeking a capable Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and construction of the ACT distribution network. Join the Network Delivery Group and help maintain a future-focused electricity network.

You will work with overhead lines, substations, and ground assets, collaborating with delivery teams and external partners. Evoenergy values safety, inclusivity and community-focused service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Advanced Diploma/equivalent as minimum.
• Strong knowledge of customer and network-initiated electricity distribution works.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in electricity distribution.
• Commitment to safety and an inclusive, respectful work culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed project briefs, estimates and documentation for assigned projects.
• Perform calculations and assessments for design criteria for overhead line assets and ground assets.
• Provide technical support and advice to delivery teams.
• Other duties within the employee's skill, competence and training.
