DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical engineering and design activities across tenders, projects and operations, with a focus on utility-scale solar and BESS.

You will manage internal engineering resources and external consultants, drive governance and assurance, and collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical and construction teams to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective solutions across Australia.

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years post-graduate electrical engineering experience.
• Five+ years in a senior electrical design leadership or management role.
• Extensive delivery of utility-scale renewables projects (solar, BESS) and related utilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
• Strong understanding of design development from concept to commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across design teams and consultants.
• Oversee electrical design from concept to detailed design and construction support.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, and construction delivery teams.
• Own design governance, configuration management, and change control.
• Enforce standards, procedures, audits, and assurance processes.
