Middy’s Electrical in Deniliquin is seeking an experienced electrical wholesale salesperson to join our team. You’ll handle counter sales, assist with customer enquiries, manage orders, and contribute to stock and delivery duties in a fast-paced, locally owned business.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, accurate quotations, and professional presentation; full drivers licence required; prior electrical wholesale or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesale experience preferred.
• Sales experience in electrical wholesale recommended.
• Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Knowledge of electrical parts.
• Competent PC skills.
• Experience with Pronto desirable.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Full driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
• Counter sales including customer development
• Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
• Maintaining a professional store presentation
• Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
• Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers
• Stock management including purchasing / inventory management
• Raising quotations and quotation follow-up
• Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement
