Middy’s Electrical in Deniliquin (NSW) is seeking an experienced electrical wholesale salesperson to join our team. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, developing client relationships and supporting branch operations.

You will handle counter sales, enquiries, quotations and order follow-ups while maintaining a professional store presentation. A full-time, permanent role in Australia’s largest independent electrical wholesaler offers growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesale experience desirable.
• Ability to build strong long lasting customer relationships.
• Knowledge of electrical parts.
• Competent PC skills.
• Experience with Pronto desirable.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Customer Service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up.
• Willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.
• Counter sales including customer development.
• Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders.
• Maintaining a professional store presentation.
• Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products.
• Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers.
• Stock management including purchasing / inventory management.
• Raising quotations and quotation follow-up.
• Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
