Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to move from a hands-on electrical/foreman background into end-to-end project delivery. You will own smaller electrical and communications projects, develop quotes, manage budgets and coordinate trades to meet client requirements.

From mentoring to on-the-job development, you will be supported towards project management training and certifications. A pathway to larger, higher value projects will follow as capability grows.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical foundation.
• Ambition to progress into project management.
• Willingness to develop commercial and project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller electrical and communications projects from planning through to completion.
• Prepare and support project quotes and estimates.
• Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with client requirements.
• Gradually taking ownership of larger and more complex projects as experience grows.
