The role blends office coordination with on-site leadership, guiding projects from initiation through delivery, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will hold relevant WA licenses and have Procore/SimPRO experience. Hybrid work model with company vehicle and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams in a commercial environment.
• Hybrid role requiring office and on-site management.
• WA Electricians License is required.
• Open Cabling Registration is required.
• SimPRO and Procore experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Client engagement: cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality electrical and communications projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure quality benchmarks across all projects.
• Lead and mentor Projects Technicians and promote best practices.
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Maintain real-time documentation and reporting using Procore/SimPRO.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager on planning and execution.
