Job summary

Precept Services Pty Ltd – Airport West VIC is offering a full‑time Electrical Apprenticeship. You’ll learn from experienced electricians, gain hands‑on experience across industrial electrical work and build a career as a qualified electrician.

This apprenticeship focuses on on‑the‑job training, safety, and real projects. You’ll be supported to develop skills in installation, maintenance, fault finding and reading electrical plans as you progress toward certification.

We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our Victorian team.

This is an opportunity to learn your trade from experienced electricians, gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of electrical work and build the skills you need for a successful career as a qualified electrician.

What you’ll learn

• Industrial electrical installation and construction
• Electrical service and maintenance
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Switchboard construction and modifications
• Preventative maintenance
• Breakdown response
• Testing and commissioning
• Process control systems
• Pumps, conveyors, augers and associated equipment
• Reading plans, drawings and electrical documentation
• Safe work practices, testing and compliance
• Working professionally with customers, trades and other team members

You’ll be supported as you learn, with the goal of developing into a confident, capable and qualified electrician.
