Precept Services Pty Ltd – Airport West VIC is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Victorian team. You will work across service, maintenance, breakdown and construction projects on diverse commercial and industrial sites.

You will perform fault finding, switchboard work, and preventative maintenance, while meeting safety and quality standards. A supportive team and ongoing training are offered to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian Electrical Licence is required.
• Construction Industry White Card is required.
• Current Driver’s Licence is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive, practical and can-do attitude.
• The physical fitness required to safely perform the role.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Industrial electrical construction and installation across varied sites.
• Industrial electrical service and repairs.
• Fault finding and electrical fault diagnosis.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across a varied mix of service, maintenance, breakdown and construction projects, including:

• Industrial electrical construction and installation
• Industrial electrical service and repairs
• Fault finding and electrical fault diagnosis
• Switchboard construction and modifications
• Preventative maintenance across commercial and industrial sites
• Breakdown response, testing and commissioning
• Working with process control systems, including pumps, conveyors, augers and associated equipment
• Completing electrical work to a high standard while meeting safety, quality and compliance requirements
• Building strong working relationships with customers, colleagues and other trades
• Managing jobs independently while also being part of a highly capable and supportive team
