The Lookout Way is seeking a Project Delivery Lead for a remote role across Australia. You will architect the end-to-end delivery of Lookout Care Suite for major clients, aligning technology with executive business goals to drive digital transformation.

You will bridge architecture and executive strategy, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, with strong governance and risk management.

About the Role

As our Project Delivery Lead, you won’t just be "managing tasks" you will be the strategic architect behind the end‑to‑end implementation of the Lookout Care Suite for our largest, most complex customers. You will bridge the gap between technical system architecture and executive‑level business goals, ensuring that our partners in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors aren’t just installing software, but undergoing a successful digital transformation.

This is a high‑visibility role requiring a rare blend of technical depth and "C-suite ready" communication. Your mission is to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences on time and within budget.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large‑scale implementations, managing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Establish deep‑rooted relationships with executive leadership and boards, providing high‑level governance reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
• Become an expert in the Lookout product ecosystem. You’ll translate complex system architecture (APIs, BI tools, and integrations) into sequenced, actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate high‑impact workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for operational uplift and value activation.
