Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, ideally in the community sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to track and respond to constituent enquiries.
• Knowledge of public policy and local issues, plus grant application processes.
• Experience in case management, social work, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with constituents and understand how the Parliamentarian and team assist them.
• Respond to constituent enquiries (in-person, phone and email) and liaise with agencies to resolve matters.
• Contribute to briefing reports and maintain a database of electorate insights.
• Lead community engagement, map networks with community groups, and arrange outreach visits.
• Develop expertise on local community issues and support problem solving for constituents.
• Support campaign planning around key issues and funding commitments.
