The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking a strategic leader to guide ICT procurement, governance and investments within Australia's public sector. You will partner with the CIO and senior leaders to deliver high-value procurement programs, drive governance, and manage financial oversight across a diverse technology portfolio.

Remuneration: The annual salary range forthe position is EL2 - $145,680 - $165,622 p.a., plus a generousemployer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.

About the opportunity

The Technology Investment & Procurement team leads technologyprocurement, governance, financial management and commercialactivities across the Enterprise Technology Group to ensureinvestments are aligned to organisational priorities and deliveredeffectively.

This is a unique opportunity to partner with the ChiefInformation Officer and senior leaders to influence technologyinvestment, governance and strategic decision-making across adiverse portfolio. You will lead high-value complex procurement andcommercial initiatives, strengthen assurance and financialmanagement practices, and guide a high-performing team indelivering innovative, reliable technology services that supportstaff and tribunal users across Australia.

About you:

You are an accomplished strategic leader with senior-levelexperience in complex procurement, contracts or investment within alarge or regulated environment. As a trusted adviser andcollaborative leader, you will build influential relationships,navigate competing priorities and inspire stronger governance,accountability and continuous improvement.

To be successful you will have:

• Demonstrated experience leading ICT procurement, governanceand financial management functions with a strong knowledge ofCPRs, PGPA Act and ICT governance frameworks
• Experience managing ICT budgets, financial reporting,forecasting and investment oversight
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice to seniorexecutives and support informed decision making
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement, communication andnegotiation skills, with the ability to build effectiverelationships
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability tolead high performing teams to work collaboratively acrossorganisational boundaries, drive continuous improvement anddeliver organisational outcomes
• Demonstrated experience exercising sound judgement,managing ambiguity and delivering outcomes consistent withTribunal priorities and objectives.

Qualifications / Experience

Desirable:

• Academic qualification (degree or postgraduate) in businessmanagement, technology management, governance, finance,procurement or a related discipline or equivalent demonstratedexperience

• Vocational certification or demonstrated professionaldevelopment in governance, financial management, portfoliomanagement, procurement, contract management, risk, assuranceor related ICT management disciplines.
