Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an EL1 Salesforce/Vlocity Developer to join a National Disability Insurance Agency program in Canberra. You will work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary scrum team delivering complex Salesforce-based solutions and supporting CI/CD, DevOps, and testing practices.

The role requires expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, collaboration with solution architects, UI/UX and accessibility specialists, and a commitment to governance and code quality across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Salesforce Vlocity solutions in a multi-disciplinary scrum team.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity components and data models.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a pivotal member of a multi-disciplinary scrum team focused on delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
• Support design standards and review designs to ensure robust, reusable solutions.
• Ensure governance and coding standards are followed via reviews.
• Support the code deployment process across environments including Production.
• Actively participate in daily scrum activities.
• Deliver high-quality Salesforce Vlocity components in collaboration with architects and UI/UX specialists.

We are seeking highly skilled and energetic EL1 Vlocity / Salesforce Developers (Labour Hire) to join the team. This exciting opportunity will have you working as part of a dynamic and passionate team committed to delivering a better NDIS.

Key duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Be a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary scrum team focused on delivery of Salesforce-based solutions as part of a new and high-profile transformational program.
• Support the creation of design standards and review of the designs, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions that ensure robustness, re-useability, performance, and quality of the solution.
• Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
• Support the code deployment process through all environments include Production.
• Actively participate in daily scrum activities
• Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in concert with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
• Bring your expertise of Salesforce Vlocity to help guide best practise solution delivery.
• Help build the capability of the team through close collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
• Adopt and support the rollout of CI/CD and DevOps and test automation practises.
