Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple scrum teams and drive the delivery of complex ICT projects within a large Federal Government organisation.

You will apply strong Agile and SAFe principles to coordinate delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and support teams in maturing their Agile practices while collaborating with Product Owners, BAs and technical staff.

Formación

• 3+ years delivering complex Agile/SAFe projects in large programs.
• Experience with enterprise financial platforms.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate multiple scrum teams: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines and release planning in line with organisational commitments.
• Support Product Owners to develop and prioritise backlogs, manage new requests and remove delivery barriers.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure user stories are ready for upcoming sprints.
• Coach teams in Agile frameworks and scrum practices, improving maturity and accountability.
• Manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns when required.
• Oversee project governance, stage gates and reporting.
• Build strong relationships across business, design and technical teams.

• 12-month contract + potential 12-month extension

• Must be able to obtain Baseline security clearance

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple scrum teams and support the delivery of complex ICT projects within a large Federal Government organisation.

You’ll bring strong Agile and SAFe delivery experience, alongside a background in technical implementations involving enterprise financial platforms. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams, you’ll coordinate delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams improve their Agile practices.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• At least 3 years' experience delivering complex projects using Agile and SAFe methodologies within large programs.
• Experience leading technical implementations involving enterprise financial platforms.
• Experience coordinating multiple scrum teams and supporting sprint and release planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and other project management tools.

Highly regarded

• Experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation within an Australian Government environment.
• Experience managing projects involving large-scale claims, data or financial platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications or recognised certifications in Management, Project Management or a related discipline.

Eligibility and working arrangements

Applicants must be Australian citizens and able to obtain Baseline security clearance. Evidence of citizenship will be required during pre-engagement checks.

Hybrid arrangements are subject to agreement with the line manager, with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Rates will reflect the successful candidate's skills and experience and may be negotiated during the selection process.
