Job summary

Sandvik Ground Support in Kewdale, Perth WA, is seeking an experienced EHSQ Manager to lead and continuously improve environment, health, safety and quality systems at the site. You will report to the EHSQ Manager APAC and work with site leaders to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role involves risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement across QMS and EHS programs, with a focus on practical, hands-on support and leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in WHS/Quality or equivalent.
• Experience in an EHSQ, WHS or quality role within manufacturing/mining/construction.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance.
• Experience with safety and integrated management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strong organisational skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of EHSQ systems across the site.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and ISO standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality management activities including non-conformances and audits.
• Monitor EHSQ performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Coach and develop leaders and employees in EHSQ best practices.
