Job summary

Sandvik Ground Support in Kewdale, Perth WA, is seeking an EHSQ Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our environment, health, safety and quality systems. You will lead risk assessments, audits and incident investigations while fostering a culture of safety and quality across site operations.

The role requires a diploma-level qualification in WHS/QA, strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001/9001, and experience in manufacturing/mining environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in workplace health, safety and quality or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an EHSQ, WHS or quality-focused role within manufacturing, mining, construction or similar environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of EHSQ systems, policies and initiatives across the site.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and maintain systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, workplace inspections and compliance reviews with corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and improvement initiatives to prevent reoccurrence.
• Oversee quality management activities, including non-conformances and audits.
• Monitor, analyse and report EHSQ performance metrics to leadership.
• Coach, mentor and develop leaders through training and guidance.
