Job summary

Sandvik Ground Support Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced EHSQ Manager to lead and continuously improve our environment, health, safety and quality systems at the Kewdale site in Perth. You will work with site leaders to strengthen safety culture, maintain ISO compliance and deliver meaningful improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification in workplace health, safety and quality.
• Experience in an EHSQ, WHS or quality-focused role within manufacturing, mining, construction or similar environments.
• Sound knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance obligations.
• Experience with safety and integrated management systems.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
• Competency using Microsoft Office and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of EHSQ systems, policies and initiatives across the site.
• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety, environmental and quality culture.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and ISO standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and compliance reviews; drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Oversee quality management activities including non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Monitor and report EHSQ performance metrics to leadership.
• Coach and develop leaders and teams in EHSQ best practices.
