Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an EHS professional based in Cardiff, NSW, Australia to develop, implement and maintain an integrated management system aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. You will conduct site audits, lead incident investigations, and deliver safety training across APAC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Science, Risk, or Engineering.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred)
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor
• ICAM Lead Investigator
• Safety in Design risk management experience
• Hazardous Chemicals Management aligned with Safe Work Codes of Practice
• HRWL
• White card
• Understanding of environmental risk and compliance
• Knowledge of waste, emissions and incident reporting requirements under ISO 14001

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IMS aligned to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Conduct site inspections/audits; identify hazards, assess risks, verify control effectiveness.
• Lead/assist structured investigations (e.g., ICAM) to root cause; produce reports and corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and targeted training; coach supervisors and contractors on safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate records (observations, audits, NCRs, VFLs); prepare monthly EHS status reports.
• Support internal/external ISO audits and site readiness.
• Collaborate with Project/Service Managers, Engineers, site supervisors and client representatives to embed controls.
