Randstad Pty on behalf of our client seeks an experienced EHS & Rail Safety Advisor to support a landmark Sydney rail infrastructure project. Based in Western Sydney, you will provide critical environmental, health and safety support across construction, testing, and commissioning phases, collaborating with project managers, site teams and stakeholders to enforce WHS compliance and rail safety standards.

This role offers long-term project stability, exposure to high-tier infrastructure assets

Qualifications

• Hands-on EHS background in rail infrastructure and construction.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, subcontractor safety management, and ONRSR accreditation.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across diverse project groups.
• Flexible hours during testing and commissioning phases.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily site tasks across construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide risk/control advice and ensure ONRSR accreditation and WHS compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and subcontractor audits.
