Job summary

PepsiCo Australia is seeking an EHS Manager for the Forrestfield site to lead safety, health and environmental initiatives. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and PepsiCo policies while driving continual improvements across EHS metrics.

You will mentor the EHS team, align with ANZ EHS objectives, maintain certifications such as ISO14001 and OHSAS/ASNZS, and partner with site leadership to foster a zero-harm culture and robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in an Environmental or Health and Safety discipline
• Solid working knowledge of local regulatory EHS requirements across EHS programs

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS metric improvements and continually improve the site’s EHS culture.
• Maintain and improve EHS standards to ensure environmental performance and health/safety of site personnel, visitors, contractors and neighbours.
• Implement ANZ strategic EHS plans at the Forrestfield site.
• Maintain OHSAS18001/ASNZS4801 and ISO14001 certifications for the site.
• Maintain site business continuity plans to meet Global Security standards and regular testing.
• Coordinate risk assessments, safe work practices, and adverse event reporting via MyEHS.
