Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare operates OSHC services at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School Hall in Corinda, offering before/after school and vacation care with diverse activities and excursions. The role supports delivering a high-quality program within a Catholic community setting.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be highly desirable.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Previous childcare experience would be beneficial.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
• Knowledge of NQF, My Time Our Place or EYLF/Regulations or ability to acquire.
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace.
• Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required.

About Our Service

Located at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School Hall in Corinda and proudly part of the Corinda Graceville Parish, our OSHC service offers before school, after school and vacation care in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

We operate from a dedicated space with access to the hall, playground, oval and undercover areas—giving children plenty of room to explore, play and get involved in a wide range of activities. From sports and creative arts to gardening and cooking, there’s always something fun and engaging happening.

Our vacation care program adds even more excitement, with hands‑on incursions and memorable excursions that keep children inspired and smiling.
