Job summary

St Clare's OSHC in Yarrabilba is part of Catholic Early EdCare. We are seeking an Educator to support up to 82 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, in a welcoming, inclusive setting focused on wellbeing and development.

You will facilitate activities, build positive relationships, and help children make the most of their day while collaborating with a team dedicated to safety and high-quality care. CEEC supports flexible shifts and a rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) is essential.
• Experience working with school-aged children in OSHC, education, recreation or care setting is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

As an OSHC Educator, you'll create engaging play-based experiences that support children's learning, wellbeing and development. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll help foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, connected and inspired to thrive.

Job Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) essential.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
• Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
