Catholic Early EdCare in Capalaba is seeking passionate casual Educators for St Luke's LDC & Kindy. You can be qualified or currently working towards your qualification; the casual role has potential to grow into a permanent part-time position, creating a long-term career path.

We offer a 78-place centre with five learning environments, a supportive leadership team, and a collaborative team that inspires and nurtures children.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and knowledge of EYLF/NQS.

Job Requirements:

• Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
• A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
