Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare is hiring an OSHC Educator to provide nurturing care, a safe and welcoming environment, and inclusive educational experiences for school-aged children in our CEEC services. You will work with an established team to support children and families and may join excursions during vacation care.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Cert III in Children’s Services (or ACECQA equivalent), current Queensland Blue Card, and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert III in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) or working towards is desirable.
• Completion of Child Safety Courses 1 & 2 (mandatory); Courses 3 & 4 highly regarded.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Strong oral and written communication within the workplace
