Job summary

Journey Early Learning in Fernvale, QLD, is seeking a Full-time Educator to foster meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community. You will support and guide children's learning while developing your own career within the childcare sector.

You will be supported by the Centre Leadership Team and work within a collaborative teaching environment, delivering age-appropriate programs and upholding high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• An ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher
• Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
• An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
• Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
• Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program
• Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
