Job summary

St Luke's LDC & Kindy Capalaba is seeking casual Educators to inspire young minds in a modern, welcoming centre near the Capalaba CBD. Qualified or working towards qualifications welcomed; potential to grow into a part-time role for the right candidate.

We offer a 78-place centre with five learning environments, a supportive leadership team, and a collaborative group of educators dedicated to safety and nurturing development for every child.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2; Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded.
• Valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standard.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
