Job summary

Capital Region Community Services Ltd – Milton NSW is seeking casual Early Childhood Educators to support coverage across the week on an on-call basis. A Certificate III or Diploma is required, with first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis, and food safety training preferred.

Applicants must comply with child safety policies and undergo WWCC/WWVP checks. CRCS offers a nurturing learning environment and opportunities for professional development within a community-focused team.

Qualifications

Do you hold a certificate 3 or Diploma and looking for casual work as an Early Childhood Educator.

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Educators to join the team to help shape little minds and create a nurturing, fun learning environment.

Casual positions available to provide coverage across the week on an on-call basis.

To be successful, you will have:

• Ability to engage children in activities which are responsive and tailored to their interests and abilities.
• Ability to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with children.
• Demonstrated awareness of the rights of the child.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated awareness of mandatory reporting obligations.
• Ability to follow directions and undertake tasks at all levels.
• Hold a Certificate III, or Diploma
• First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010.
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training.
• Food Safety, Handling and Hygiene training.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and Standards.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Have completed the Mandatory Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
