Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Busselton is hiring an Educator to join our team at 1/7 Bovell St. You’ll help deliver high-quality early learning experiences and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment for children. The role offers full-time hours (38 per week) and pay above award, plus staff discounts and parental leave.

As part of our centre team you’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to implement engaging programs that support children’s growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood, or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current WA Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Support safety and inclusivity in daily learning activities.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to deliver quality experiences.
