Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator for the Annandale centre on Yolanda Drive. This full-time role is 38 hours per week with shifts between 6am and 6pm, and pay between $35.44 and $39.91 per hour.

You’ll be paid at least 5% above the award, receive a 50% discount on your childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, wellbeing days, and other staff benefits while contributing to ACECQA NQS-aligned programs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check

• Deliver a program celebrating healthy lifestyles, culture, and every child’s journey aligned with ACECQA’s NQS and EYLF
• Grow your skills with mentoring from an experienced Centre Director and team of passionate educators
• Support little minds in the Toddler space
