Goodstart Glebe is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team in Glebe, Sydney. This permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) offers an engaging environment where you help deliver high-quality early childhood programs alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader.

You’ll be paid $36.65 to $37.81 per hour plus super, with benefits including above-award pay, childcare fee discounts, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver engaging learning programs aligned to EYLF.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support each child.
• Uphold safety and inclusion across the classroom.
