Goodstart Shepparton is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to support learning for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You will work with Senior Educators to plan and implement a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging experiences, applying EYLF/NQS, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment while collaborating with centre leadership and communicating with families.

Pay: $39.91 per hour + Superannuation

Goodstart Shepparton – Bourchier Street is seeking a Diploma‑qualified Educator to support the learning and development of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Working alongside Senior Educators and the centre leadership, you will contribute to planning, implementing and evaluating a play‑based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Centre Overview

Our 105‑place centre is located next to Bourchier Street Primary School and offers spacious, light‑filled learning environments, large outdoor play spaces, and strong connections with local schools and the wider Shepparton community through excursions and events.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geckko platform.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
