Job summary

Nido Early School Perth is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our Nest across Mandurah & Lakelands. You will be supported by a Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to deliver high-quality early education and care, focusing on play-based learning and individual child development.

Open to Certificate III or Diploma Educators, we offer full-time or part-time hours, above-award pay with a 15% retention payment, and a range of professional development and staff benefits in a

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential).
• Available for part-time or full-time hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• At least 2 years' experience as an Educator in childcare.
• Willing to obtain Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate daily care routines and programs for groups of children.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with Lead Educator and team to deliver engaging, play-based learning.
• Deliver learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

As an Educator in our nest, you will receive dedicated support from the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. About You:

• Hold a Diploma / Cert 3 in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
• Must be available to work part time or full time hours including opening and closing shifts
• Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years
• A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Have strong communication skills written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
• Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
