Job summary

Goodstart Horsham is recruiting a part-time Educator to support high-quality early childhood learning. You will collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to implement engaging programs that meet children’s developmental needs.

You’ll contribute to a safe, inclusive environment, uphold safety standards, and help children build confidence and belonging through play-based learning. This role offers strong growth and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support inclusive, safe learning experiences.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning activities.
