Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educator for Goodstart Dubbo – Baird Dr, NSW. This permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) offers up to $39.91 per hour plus super and benefits, with opportunities to grow your career while shaping young minds.

You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft exceptional learning programs, ensuring safety and inclusivity for every child. A Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood and NSW WWCC are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Support learning programs alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leader.
• Prioritise safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives.
• Deliver engaging early childhood activities and learning experiences.
