Job summary

Goodstart South Nowra is seeking a Diploma Educator to join our team in Nowra, NSW. This permanent role offers a supportive, high-performing workplace across all rooms in our centre.

You will contribute to delivering high-quality early childhood education, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with opportunities for professional development and a competitive above-award pay structure.

Qualifications

• Diploma Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

• Support children across all rooms in the centre.
• Build trusting relationships with children and families.
• Deliver high-quality early childhood education aligned with NQS standards.

You’ll Need

• CIII or Diploma or Working towards Bachelors (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
