Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for our Regional Victoria centres. This full‑time permanent role involves working with a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality early learning experiences across diverse communities.

You will contribute to safety, inclusivity and developmentally appropriate programs, while engaging with children and families to support their learning journeys. Competitive above‑award wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in early childhood education.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom and engage with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers to observe, inform and improve educational programmes for children.
• Ensure safety and that learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to all children.

Responsibilities

As an Educator, you will be a team player collaborating with peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programmes offered to children. You will ensure safety first and that all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education
