Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader at Goodstart South Nowra, NSW. This 12-month contract position runs for 38 hours per week with a pay range per hour and additional super and leader allowance.

You’ll lead curriculum development, mentor staff, and collaborate with our leadership team to deliver outstanding early learning outcomes for children and families. Join a passionate team and help shape pedagogy in a high-performing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Active NSW accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko).

About Goodstart South Nowra

• Exceeding NQS! Centre rated as exceeding in latest A+R. Work with a high performing and passionate team
• 12 Month contract, working in the pre-school room. Commencing Dec 2026 until Dec 2027
• 76 Place centre - purpose built child centre established in 2006, located close to the CBD, primary schools and high schools.
• Carefully designed and planned spaces. Outside area includes sandpits, bush rocks, grassed areas, verandahs, fruit trees, vege patches, worm farm, chicken coop, a boat and lots of shade

You'll Need
