Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Anna Bay is seeking a dedicated Educator for a permanent part-time role (22.5 hours/week, Wed-Fri). The position offers an hourly rate between $36.65 and $39.91 plus super, with benefits including above-award pay and a 50% discount on childcare gap fees, plus paid parental leave.

You will work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop engaging, safe learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS. A NSW Working with Children Check is required.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion and Advanced for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, via Geccko.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and enhancing learning programs for children alongside Senior Educators.
• Support safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.
• Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment during Wednesday to Friday shifts.

Education

You’ll need:
