Job summary
TAFE Queensland is seeking an Educational Team Leader to continue your practice as an educator while growing your leadership capability. You will provide leadership and supervision embedded within teaching teams to achieve high-quality delivery to students and promote job satisfaction.
Based at Bracken Ridge with possible duties at other campuses, the role reports to the Business Manager and requires experience in performance management, planning and educational delivery within vocational
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead vocational education delivery.
- Ability to mentor educators and support teams.
- Proven experience with performance planning and development processes.
- Familiarity with Australian Qualifications Framework.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to educators and teaching teams.
- Oversee programming, planning activities and delivery timetables.
- Manage performance processes and provide feedback.
- Monitor training quality and ensure compliance with standards.
- Advise supervisors on staff and student management matters.
- Support budget reporting and team financial performance.
