Harmony Early Education Holland Park is opening soon and seeks an Early Childhood Teacher who brings passion, purpose and professionalism to every interaction and learning experience. You will help shape high-quality educational programs and establish meaningful connections with children, families and your team from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates of completion
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy
• Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning & inquiry

Responsibilities

• Lead studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices
• Champion children's voices, rights, cultures and identities in everyday learning experiences
• Plan, document and assess learning with purpose, curiosity and a strong understanding of child development
• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Collaborate closely with Educational Leader and fellow educators to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity, exploration and critical thinking
• Bring the EYLF V2.0 and QKLG to life through rich, meaningful and responsive learning experiences
• Support children's transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning
• Model professionalism, reflective practice and ethical decision-making in all aspects of your work
