BPA Early Learning in Melbourne's west is seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor and Education Leader for Orama Street Childcare. You will drive culture, coach staff, and ensure high-quality educational programs across long day care settings.

You will shape practice by embedding compliance with the Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and EYLF, while managing rostering, budgets, and enrolments. A reflective, inclusive leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Substantial experience in early childhood leadership, ideally in long day care.
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operational and pedagogical accountability for the service.
• Coach for performance and mentor educators to drive reflective practice.
• Lead a team of educators and manage rosters, budgets, enrolments and compliance.
