Job summary

Harmony Early Education is seeking an Educational Leader for Greenslopes to drive high-quality pedagogy and empower educators in delivering exceptional learning experiences for every child. You will lead curriculum improvements, mentor staff and collaborate with the Centre Director to support holistic outcomes for children and families.

As the pedagogical driver, you will champion EYLF v2.0, support reflective practice, and foster a culture of inquiry and professional growth across a vibrant

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and NQF; commitment to quality improvement practices.
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates.

Responsibilities

• Champion the approved learning frameworks and lead continuous improvement in curriculum and practice.
• Support educators to plan, implement and evaluate meaningful learning experiences.
• Mentor and inspire your team through reflective practice, coaching and collaboration.
