Job summary

Mini Masterminds North Parramatta is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader/Room Leader to mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and promote best practice in early childhood education.

You will work hands-on with staff to ensure high-quality programming aligned with EYLF, NQF, and NQS, while building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to a positive centre culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) or higher.
• Experience mentoring or leading educators in an early childhood setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support.
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture.
