Job summary

Mini Masterminds North Parramatta is seeking a passionate Educational Leader/Room Leader to mentor educators, drive curriculum development, and raise practice in line with the EYLF. You will lead on-floor coaching, coordinate documentation, and partner with families and the leadership team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning and strong regulatory compliance.

This hands-on senior role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, first aid and relevant certifications,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) or higher.
• Experience mentoring or leading educators in ECEC.
• WWCC and current First Aid/CPR.
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications current.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Australian working rights for the role.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader/ Room Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds North Parramatta.

About The Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) or higher
• Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
