Goodstart Bentleigh East – South Road is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educational Leader for a full-time, 14-month fixed-term position. You will collaborate with educators to observe, review and enhance early learning programs, guiding EYLF implementation and ensuring alignment with NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead high-quality educational practices across the centre.
• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen curriculum planning and implementation.
• Lead reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure programs align with EYLF and NQS.
• Foster strong partnerships with children, families and the local community.
• Work with Centre Leadership Team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
