Community Kids Meadow Heights is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager/Educational Leader to lead a warm, nurturing early childhood service and support exceptional teaching practice. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to maintain an engaging learning environment and deliver high-quality EYLF-based programs.

The role requires an ACECQA‑approved Diploma, solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS, experience with children aged 0–5 years, strong communication skills, a valid Working with Children Check,

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven educator experience with children aged 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.
